Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached into the original biodegradable packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
